Pillowcases...Recycle into something beautiful

When I hit yard sales, I look for pillowcases...they can be dyed and made into a many beautiful things...my favorite is to dye them into bright colors and/or stencil designs onto them and recover my slap worn out patio furniture cushions...you just slip over the existing cushion and it looks brand new. You can also sew ribbon to corners and tie onto your chairs...just add self stick Velcro to bottom of pillowcase. Also, you can take a regular pillow you have for the bed and cover in a beautiful pillow case and accent the furniture you have on your patio or porch...quick, easy and cheaper than buying a designer pillow. I will be uploading pictures of step by step directions on how to do this tomorrow...everyone have a fabulous night...

New Beginnings

I am just starting my new blog...I will, as fast as my camera can take pictures and download onto my computer, be updating for everyone to see all the fabulous ideas I have from recycling to saving tons of money...I do recycle and sell things. That is how I make extra money, but a lot of my ideas are not only secrets to me, I do share...as I will be doing on here...almost daily. So, get ready to save tons of money with things you already have around your house...yes, that's right, you don't actually have to go to the store, purchase something and hope to get that money spent, back...
