Pillowcases...Recycle into something beautiful

When I hit yard sales, I look for pillowcases...they can be dyed and made into a many beautiful things...my favorite is to dye them into bright colors and/or stencil designs onto them and recover my slap worn out patio furniture cushions...you just slip over the existing cushion and it looks brand new. You can also sew ribbon to corners and tie onto your chairs...just add self stick Velcro to bottom of pillowcase. Also, you can take a regular pillow you have for the bed and cover in a beautiful pillow case and accent the furniture you have on your patio or porch...quick, easy and cheaper than buying a designer pillow.
